DAY ONE

well day one of my special k diet. i'v got 3 weeks to my holiday and need to lose some blubba before then or else my belly will look like a donnut on the beach.

i'm currently 13st 10lbs Embarassed and 5ft 10. in 3 months i have put a whole stone on pale wich needs shifting i'm currently a size 14 but need to get back in my 12's

so here goes ......

anyone else been on this diet? i'm also drinking some pu'reh tea as a supliment . my evening meal will consist of either. lean ham, chicken, salmon or tuna. with either salad or veg

Im on the special k diet too!

Hey,

I started the special k diet on monday. Doing well so far, have been tempted to have a big baguette with coronation chicken in yesturday but managed to resist.

Im finding I get quite hungry but I am so determined to lose this weight. I have put on about a stone since meeting my fiance and its really getting to me.

Need to lose weight for a wedding I am going to on July 26th so just under a month to go, so same amount of time as you!

In fact, my tummy has just let out a huge rumble!

yeserday i had fish and peas.

Hey.

Evening meal: Day one I had Chicken salad, day two had pasta with pesto and cherry tom's, day three had spagetti bol. Last night I had scrambled egg on one piece of toast, but thats because I didnt have special k for lunch yesturday as I went out, but stuck to a nice health prawn and spinach wrap! No idea what to have tonight for tea!

Finding quite hard, feel quite hungry!
